Hey Damo that sounds fantastic. I just got off the phone to Nazza O'brien who I played with in the Seaside carni here last year and he said he doubts if he'll put our team back in again so I will be bringing our little tackers to the Eltham/Dandy Tourney on the Queens Birthday weekend! I'll email you back some of the metro junior tourney links I have for 2009. Apart from that, I am happy to work with you in arranging a mini tournament for your 12.1 and 12.2 boys teams with a couple of ours along with a few other local Metro teams (and maybe another country team from out Gippsland way) over a weekend to make the travel worthwhile. It would be great for the development of all the teams involved and a chance to play other teams from other areas.

Thanks fir the congrats BC, really happy we got there again. We have built a fantastic culture at the club and it is paying off right down through the juniors. Good luck in your finals. Are you going to do it all again next season, or is it too early to call?

Hey BC, there sure is a few people talking about the Seahawks at the moment. Probably a good idea if everyone just let's them get on with rebuilding and getting everything right for the future. I'm sure they'll keep their heads up and build it back up. All good players have to retire at some stage. They'll certainly miss you and a few of the others for a few years to come. How's the footy coming along?

Thanks for the update mate. Would love to come down to the seaside tournament, but it's hard for us with our entire junior club playing in the Eltham tournament. Our senior coaching staff, and a number of our players are involved with the junior rep program, so it's one of those weekends where we are all tied up.
