INTERNATIONAL GAMES: Represented Australia at the 2011 FIBA U19 World Championship for Women in Chile placing 4th. Australian Gems team in 2011 playing in pre-World Championship tournament in China; Represented Australia at the 2010 FIBA U17 World Championship for Women in France. They placed 7th.
WNBL CAREER NOTES: Alex played in 10 games in season 2010/11 and averaged 3.2 points and 5.2 rebounds, including a 13 rebound performance against Canberra on 10 December; 2009/10 was Alex's debut season in the WNBL; she played in 6 games and averaged 5 rebounds, 1.5 points and 1.3 blocks per game.

COACH’S COMMENTS: Alex has made some solid progress on her individual fundamentals offensively and defensively. In her second year on AIS Scholarship Alex will continue to develop her low post scoring mentality and skills and continue to improve her perimeter shooting range and passing skills. Alex brings a physical presence to the team and strong rebounding capabilities offensively and defensively. Alex was member of the U/17 National Team in 2010 and U/19 Gems in 2011. The AIS team will be looking to Alex for leadership in the post position in 2011/12.P>
