Yesterday's contest saw the home team narrowly defeat the WheelKings 71-67, and now today's 74-63 loss puts a severe dent in Wenty's finals prospects. The Australian Gliders jumped to a 13-2 lead in the first quarter of the bronze medal game against old foes Canada. They maintained a 10 point lead at half-time before a disastrous second half ended their chance of taking home a medal. more -->

The Wenty Leagues WheelKings suffered a 79-34 loss to the Brisbane Spinning Bullets at Auburn Basketball Centre tonight. Opening night nerves and some ordinary shooting cost the home side dearly.
