The top four teams after the regular season (decided upon by ladder position in the final round) will play under the following system:

First Semi Final: 1st Place v 4th Place
Second Semi Final: 2nd Place v 3rd Place
Grand Final: winner of First Semi Final v winner of Second Semi Final
