NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the 2013 Annual General Meeting of Lake Macquarie Football Club Inc. will be held in the Tredinnick Oval Clubhouse (Committee Room), Eighth Street, Speers Point, New South Wales on Tuesday 21st May 2013 at 7:00pm.

 BUSINESS

1. To confirm Minutes of the 2012 Annual General Meeting held on 15 May 2012.

2. To receive the financial statement for 2012.

3. To elect the 2013 Committee.

4. To transact any other business that may be brought before the meeting in accordance with the Constitution of Lake Macquarie Football Club Inc.
