WNBL CAREER NOTES: Clare returned to the Dandenong Rangers this season after playing one year for the Townsville Fire, helping them win the WNBL Championship with 23 games in all. She played in 17 games and averaged 2.4 points and 2.1 rebounds per game in 2010/11; In the 2009/10 season she averaged 2 points and 1.3 rebounds per game...In the 2008/09 season Clare played 18 games to average 3.2 points and 1.4 rebounds. Clare made her WNBL debut in the 2007/08 season, playing 9 games for Dandenong and tallied 10 points and 10 rebounds.

INTERNATIONAL CAREER NOTES:

GENERAL BASKETBALL NOTES: 2011 Clare played with the Dandenong Rangers in the SEABL; 2010 Clare was a member of the Dandenong Rangers SEABL Championship. She won the 2008 SEABL Championship with the Kilsyth Cobras and was named SEABL Grand Final MVP, All Star Five ABA National & team MVP for Kilsyth Cobras. In 2004 Clare led the VBL in scoring. Clare was the U16 VIC Country league MVP and was named the VIC Basketball League rising star.

PERSONAL INFORMATION: Clare comes from a big family of five brothers, two sisters, and maintains that she is a country girl at heart. She loves riding her horses and being in the outdoors whenever she gets the chance. She loves summer, the beach and spending time with all her family.

COACH’S COMMENTS: Clare played a pivotal role in last season’s success with her role of the bench on game day to her never say die attitude at training. Clare is regarded highly amongst her peers and coaches as she stives for improvement in her game every day!
