The Technical team for AIBA were represented by Mr Keith Walker who is the international technical director. His team of officials consisted of Uilisone Tua and Faletolu Su’on from Samoa, Max Sulejmani from Australia, Iliesa Tuikenatabua from Fiji, Joe Efi and Innocent Oksen from Papua New Guinea who were present at the first boxing match of the PMG09. There are 36 boxers altogether and 10 weight categories instead of 11, this is due to the fact that there were no competitors for the light fly 48kg and fly weight 51kg. There will be competitions for the whole week except for Friday which will be a free day; all finals will be played on Saturday 26th September 2009.
