Solomon Islands will try their best.

Florie Whiteside is pictured here with her team Captain, Edmond Tai Angiki, and Coach, Jim Botica Sevika (in the background).

Florie said that the Solomon Islands team will certainly be trying their best in all their games tomorrow, but they don't think that they will have any easy games.

The pool they are in was referred to as "the pool of death" consisting of  Samoa, Tonga, Papua New Guinea, New Caledonia and the Solomons.

The Solomons Sevens team has had some regional experience having played in Samoa at the last South Pacific Games where they got a bronze medal.

They know that the team can only get experience by playing the stronger teams, and they will certainly gain from the experience of pool play at this tournament.
