Unfurling the Cook Islands and IFNA flags

The unfurling of the Cook Islands and the INFP flags was a solemn occasion for the many participants at the opening of the WYNC Games, both on the court and on the spectator seating. Twenty international teams had proudly marched into the Stadium in their national colours in readiness for 10 gruelling days of netball competition. The first game which Cook Islands won 43-37 against Wales was a taste of the excitement that is to come.
