Singapore v USA
The skills, determination and quick court coverage by the girls from Singapore gave them their first win of the competition.
Against a lacklustre team from the USA, Singapore was able to move the ball down court swiftly to their goal shoot Cassandra Soh. Through consistently potting the ball into the net, she ended up with a creditable tally of goals.
The current Team USA members are relative beginners in the sport of netball but if they stay together and gain more international experience they could easily account for themselves well in the future.
