Wales vs Vanuatu
A solid Wales kept on top of their shorter Pacific challenger team Ni Vanuatu, who were kept out of the points tally for the first ten minutes of the first quarter.
However they weren’t fazed by the superior skills and height of Wales, and they did their best to spoil and attack the opposition.
They were rewarded with a creditable score of 29 goals to Wales’ 64.
Wales has won two out four of their pool games and will rest on Saturday as will Vanuatu.
