Family night out at the Netball

Court-side on Friday evening were three young ladies who were enjoying watching some really excellent games of netball.
Dad, Neville, expressed his amazement that with the quality of the players, there were not more people coming along to see the teams in action.
Along with their parents, Sarah (14), Laura (12) and Deanna (8) Puckey watched both the New Zealand-Northern Ireland and the Jamaica-Papua New Guinea games.
They hail from Hamilton so it is no wonder that they firmly believe that New Zealand is the best team, and Paula Griffin is the best player of the tournament.
Deanna is too young to play for her school team, Te Uki Ou, but when she returns to New Zealand she hopes to play netball and one day be a Silver Fern.
