Courtside support for Scotland

Two of Scotland’s players had their parents on the sideline to give them support during today’s WYNC game against Trinidad and Tobago. Lorraine and Alan Duncan (left), from Glasgow, were on hand to watch daughter Jayne and Norma Brownie (right), from Aberdeenshire, supported daughter Claire.  Norma is remaining with the team until the end of the tournament but Lorraine and Allan are returning to Scotland this evening. They were pleased to have been able to see their team play during the pool round. A win would have been good, but these parents have been proud to see their daughters represent their country at this international level, with hopefully many more representative games for Scotland to come.
