Ticket on sale at the BCI
The ticket prices for the first day of the launch were sold at heavily discounted price.
On sale were the Premium All Access and the Standard All Access tickets. The Premium All Access ticket allows the ticket holder to covered seating at restricted venues and to any venue they wish to attend. The Standard All Access has some restrictions as to which event can be attended.
The launch was supported by the Team Bowling led by Team Manager Antonina Browne.
According to Tonina the team has been practising regularly and as in many world and regional games in the past Team Bowling have always returned with medals and these games are no different, they are after gold.
Amongst the team members is Lawrence Paniani who has a legacy to live up to at a tender age of 15 years. Lawrence’s grand parents George and Dorothy are long time bowlers having represented the Cook Islands around the world and in the region
Lawrence’s advice to young athletes – put your heart and soul into what you do and you will achieve your goal and your dreams.
