Catering supervisors offer support at training session
Tai Roberts, Dorothy Ivaiti and Nane Cuthers were on hand to give support to Aere Tua (far left) who attended the training session at St Joseph’s on Monday evening.
Tai is part of the hospitality team alongside Theresa Noovao, Alouise Kado and Ana Rouru.
Dorothy is the dinner supervisor for the Sinai Hall catering venue and Nane is the breakfast supervisor at the same venue.
They realise the challenge that they have been set to cater for thousands of people each day, but they are all very excited about their involvement in the Pacific Mini Games venture.
