Feeding the thousands of athletes, managers, administrators and volunteers at the Pacific Mini Games will be Theresa’s core responsibility.
Over the last week, Theresa has been ‘on the road’ recruiting volunteers to help with distributing the meals that will be prepared by local caterers especially for the Games.  Their training will also include setting up the dining rooms and waiting on the tables.
At the St Joseph Hall, Theresa Noovao explained the accreditation process to her catering volunteers. Hundreds of mainly senior students from the local colleges have volunteered to assist at the catering venues. At this initial meeting, the role of the catering assistants was explained, and the formal signing up of the volunteers as part of the accreditation process was organised.
