Following an inspection of Princes Park Maryborough this morning by members of the MCDFNL Executive the League have made a decision to relocate this coming weekends MCDFNL Qualifying and Elimination Final.
As you will see from the photo below taken this morning, there is little doubt that Princes Park will not be in a fit state to host the commencement of the Leagues finals series.
It is hoped that by “resting” Princes Park this weekend that the extra time will give the Central Goldfields Shire staff an opportunity to improve the surface in time to return the MCDFNL Semi Finals to Princes Park – and some improved weather will help !
