JOSIE ROGERS AFL VOLUNTEER FOR 30 YEARS Josie Rogers has been a dedicated AFL volunteer from the Queensland town of Mackay, for more than 30 years.

Josie has acted in many volunteer football roles including: tribunal member; registrar, Director of the Mackay League, Timekeeper at Eastern Swans, MAFL, and Mackay Juniors and is currently the secretary of the AFL Mackay Senior League.

In 2007, Josie’s dedication to Australian Football was acknowledged with two prestigious awards, the AFL Merit Award, presented at the AFL Queensland Coach and Volunteers Awards Evening and well as the Service to a Junior Sport award, which she received at the Queensland Sports Awards. more -->
