Any Member of the League whom the Board shall by resolution declare to
have rendered outstanding service to the League may be recommended
for life Membership of the League and may be so elected to a life Membership by
a majority of the Members present at any Annual General Meeting of the League.
Any such Members so elected a life Membership shall there after be relieved from
the payment of any subscriptions otherwise payable. The Annual General Meeting
shall have the power to elect a maximum of two Life Members each year.
