DCCA SECRETARY MELVIN L.O. FAISAO DELIVERS HIS CLOSING REMARKS DURING THE AWARDING OF THE 2011 SETTSU-SAIPAN FRIENDSHIP TOURNAMENT LAST TUESDAY, MARCH 29, 2011 AT THE MARIANAS HIGH SCHOOL GYM. SECRETARY FAISAO ALSO THANK THE VISITING TEAM FROM JAPAN FOR HAVING THIS ANNUAL EVENT. SECRETARY FAISAO IS ALSO MENTIONED THAT DCCA-DYS IS WILLING TO HELP OUT THE BASKETBALL ASSOCIATION OF THE NORTHERN MARIANA ISLANDS (BANMI) IN THEIR FUTURE EVENTS.
