Team PNOC dominated the Government Division of the GBL as it went undefeated to win the division finals crown from last years champions Team Ministry of Finance (MOF). Team MOF set a new record last year as it went undeafeated, PNOC has set its mark to try and duplicate this feat. Newcomer Team SDA Crusaders won 3rd place honors in the government division. In the Business Divison 3rd rank Asian Spirit Jets won over 1st rank PDC Groupers in the championship game, while Sam's Tour Sharks won over WCTC for the 3rd place in the Business division. The Sharks also won the season overall Sportsmanship Award as they showed great team sportsmanship and were well organized with full uniforms a committed head coach and most of all a huge fans base which include the owner, the manager and all the staffs and their children and their customers. It was great to watch their games as their fans made some very creative cheering tools for their team and they supported every game like it was the last basketball game of the season.
