Photo: Patricia Taea (left) readies to receive the baton from Samantha Lockington, for final leg of the 100m relay. Unfortunately the handover was not made within the required area, and the Cook Islands did not finish the race and were disqualified. It was a disappointing finish for the pair who have had a busy games, and have finished just out of the medals in their respective events. Lockington and Taea placed fourth and fifth respectively in the long jump, with 5.11m and 5.03m, on Saturday. 09092609
