Division 2 Men Grand Finals

On Thursday afternoon at 1400 hours, the division 2 men are opening the grand finals between two young strong teams known as Moroni Warriors and Bik Dreams 2.  Moroni Warriors was a team representing the Moroni High School who wins the inugural championship last year defeating the Young Saint from Teaoraereke clubs.  Bik Dreams 2 was a team who were representing the Bikenibeu Basketball Club and wins twice the championships since in 2009 and 2010.  At of this year they both compete in the finals with a very tight score. 

According to a preparation of the inugural matches, the KBF executives and together with the NBDO are performing the opening remarks and followed with some highlight from other teams, floor shows and then started over.  The whistles blows by three officials indicating final time.  These two teams were compete strongly and tight score.  In the first half of the game Moroni Warriors was leading the game with 5 shot away from their opponent.  In the third period the other team gains 4 shot and then 3 shot leads.  After a timeout from the other team commited suddenly catch up and score 4 point and then lead until 2 minutes remains.  Coaches of teams were working hard encouraging and making decision to win the game.  As the officials call over for the inbound in the last period, Moroni Warriors was the last team to inbound the ball according to an indication of possesion arrow.  The teams scores quite every turn over.  Finally in the last 2 minutes Bik Dreams was leading the game with the final score, 44 and the other team got 42.  Suddenly within 45 seconds after a timeout from Moroni Warrios, they score 3 shot away from their opponent and again.  The other team score one and then count to a 10 second to end the game.

In the final score Moroni got 48 and Bik Dreams 46 which means Moroni Warrios was winning again the CACL this year 2012 for Division 2 men. 

After the match has completed the Open women started over begins with a 5 minutes warm up at 4pm.
