In preparation for the 2015 season and beyond the Sunshine Football Club is seeking a Senior Coach (Playing or non-Playing) to guide the club into the future.

JUNIOR COACHING POSITIONS AVAILABLE IN 2015
The Sunshine Football Club is seeking applicants for all their Junior Coaching positions for the 2015 season.

A will to teach children the fundamentals of the game
A current Working with Children’s Card
The Sunshine Football Club also seeks a Junior Co-Ordinator. This role is to coordinate, educate and evaluate all coaches at training and on match days. Responsibilities include:
Direct and assist coaches to teach and help junior players reach their full potential in an enjoyable and sportsmanship way
Help plan and establish training drills and game plans
Identify players who need extra skills training (to train one on one)
Ensure coaches have all the equipment and tools required
Make sure players get reasonable and fair game time and are rotated weekly if numbers are high.
