Altona:
Donning the purple and gold uniform this season are James Goetz and 18-year-old brother Luke after transferring from Williamstown CYMS. Also returning to John McLeod Oval is Ryan Crawford who logged his transfer from the Tatura Football Club on Tuesday and 24-year-old Zack Boyer from the Lodden Valley Football League, while Spotswood’s Ahmed Souki has also requested a change, leaving the Woodsmen after a decade of service. Out goes star recruits Bret Thornton who is travelling this season as well as Ryan Hargraves who is headed to Ocean Grove FC.

After spending a few seasons with the EDFL’s Tullamarine, 2012 premiership player Jason Harmes will return to Yarraville Oval as a playing-assistant coach, while St.Albans duo Ashley Craig and Gordon Hillsdon will suit up for the Eagles. Glenroy’s Travis Anderson and Scott Krakouer will add some depth to the midfield as will former Spotswood boys Kevin Upton and Will Overton-Skinner.
