Bazzano, Prizni win clubs’ top honours

Cobram's two Goulburn North East Football Association clubs held their best and fairests recently with Tiger Frank Bazzano and Victory's Dean Prizni taking out the men's division one awards.

Bazzano, an attacking midfielder, has been a regular poller in the league best and fairest and finished runner-up to Shepparton South's Connor Campbell this year.

At club level, Bazzano won from striker Daniel Genovesi.

At Victory, goalkeeper Prinzi won the best and fairest in his first year with the club, while Kile Kennedy was runner-up and Josh Williams won the coaches' award.

Prinzi also won the Phil Muscara perpetual award for player of the year.

Other Victory award winners were Josh Zito in men's division two, Imogen Head in open women, Vince Santoro in under-16s, Matthew Sorrenti in under-14s, Ryan Grant in under-12s and Ellen Pye tied with Chloe Mathieson in junior girls.

Other Cobram winners were Mario Mete in men's division two, Bianca Dikkenberg in open women, Pat Condodorio in under-14s, Rocky Papalia in under-12s and Jessica Brady in junior girls.

Victory runners-up were Steven Burns in division two, Hayley Cornish in women, Muhammed Marj in under16s, Harry King in under-14s, Edward King in under-12s and Lily Mogg in junior girls.

Cobram runners-up were Vince Iannucci in men's division two, Tania Doyle in open women, Jacob Bovalino in under-14s, Esava Ratudlea and Emma Reuss in junior girls.
