Tatura's star-studded under-16 team gave the club hope on Sunday that the club's men's division one revival this year would not be a one off.

Players ready to step up into division one next season farewelled the under-16s with an emphatic 4-0 win against Shepparton United.

James Nicholson opened the scoring for the Ibises before a cool finish from Sinan Kullukcuoglu doubled the advantage early in the second half.

With league best and fairest Cody Sellwood pulling the strings in midfield there would be no looking back for Tatura as Ben Maude and Daniel Hogarty rounded out the scoring.

Sellwood ended up collecting the referees' best on ground award for his role in the win.

Tatura's under-14s held their nerve from the penalty spot to defeat Shepparton 4-3 in the under-14 final after a 0-0 draw.

Both teams hit the crossbar in regular time, but couldn't find a way through to open the scoring.

Shepparton's Ben Hawkes won the referees' best on ground, while South's leading players were defenders Zac Brian and Dylan Argus along with Jacob Rando and Andrew Maiorana.

``Shepparton were attacking more at the start, but we defended well and worked our way into the game,'' Tatura coach Frank Maiorana said.

``They missed two penalties in the shoot-out and we were able to capitalise.''

Shepparton South came out of the blocks with a bang to defeat Shepparton 4-1 in the under-12s.

Goals to Justin Cirillo, Ben Mammone and Riley Michel had South 3-0 up before Shepparton's Brayden McConkey gave the Reds hope for a comeback.

But referees' best on ground Wilson O'Meara stood tall in goals and made sure South kept its two-goal cushion.

Cirillo then scored his second of the match to make the game safe and deliver South the premiership.
