2012 IP&E ABL formally opens

Three games will be featured tonight which signals the start of the 2012 season of the IP&E Amateur Basketball League (ABL) at the Palau National gym.

The Cardinals will test the PPR Shark Attack in the opener at 6 p.m. while 4x4 Wheelers meets Surangel Kings at 7:30 p.m. as Ididers will face PCC Mesekiu in the main game at 9 p.m.

Games tomorrow will have Ranchers taking on Stingers at 6 p.m. followed by the Kabong-Airwaves tussle at 7:30 p.m. while B.O.G will battle On Fire at 9 p.m.

No games will be played on December 22 as the Palau Basketball Referees Association (PBRA) will be having their Christmas Party. Games will resume on December 23 with Ngerkesoaol versus Nationals at 6 p.m. followed by the Dngeronger-Mesang Red Storm match at 7:30 p.m. while Ididers will face Breakers at 9 p.m.

Three games will be played every night from Mondays to Fridays and the tournament is a tobacco, alcohol and drug free program. All violators will be banned from participating.
