1996 Legends Gather at The Club
It was great to see all our old champions back at the club celebrating the glory days of 1996 beyond and afar.
A great day was had by all and thanks to those who travelled from overseas, interstate and country Victoria.

Past Players Night - 96 Reunions - April 8th 2016 - 6:30pm

Reservoir-Lakeside Football Club Reunion 2015-May 15th
In 2015 the Reservoir-Lakeside Football Clubs 1965 “A” and “B” Grade sides will be celebrating the 50th Anniversary of their premiership success.
The 1975 “A”, “B” & “C” Grade sides will be celebrating the 40th Anniversary of their premiership successes in 2015 also.
The 1975 Premiership “trifecta” remains the only premiership trifecta in the history of DVFL/NFL Division 1 football.

Vale: Jack Clark
When the Reservoir-Lakeside Football Club joined the Diamond Valley League in 1950 Jack Clark was in the side. Jack passed away early Monday morning February 23, 2015 and has been reunited in heaven with his late wife Avis, another Lakies Legend.

Vale – Joan Devine
It is with great sadness that we learn of the passing of Joan Devine who passed away on January 21st 2015. Joan is the mother Mick & Tony, who were part of our West Preston history.
Mick Devine played 101 games for the club up until 1982. Tony Devine played 23 games over two seasons (1981-82).

LAURIE TILLEY SALUTES PADDY MCVEIGH FOR HIS OUTSTANDING SERVICE
Laurie Tilley has honoured Paddy McVeigh this year with his award for outstanding service to the club at this year's presentation night.
Paddy McVeigh setup and has monitored the hugely successful Triple C program which has seen senior players mentoring junior teams. Patrick has been instrumental in dealing with compliance issues arising from government changes to legislation.

The Gospel of the Rabbi - Ricky Daniels
Ricky "RABS" Daniels started his relationship with Lakies at a young age wandering down to J E Moore Park to watch the Mighty Reservoir Lakeside and joining dozens of other kids during the breaks to have a kick during their halcyon days of the seventies. Being a staunch Fitzroy supporter he was now also a staunch Red and White follower in the rough and ready DVFL.
