Personal Training
Courtney Danni is offering personal training
Courtney has a diverse sporting background. She has played netball at a rep level, athletics (race walking in particular), AFL, soccer and now recently triathlons with completing the port Macquarie ironman.

Through these experiences, she have been exposed to different variety of training protocols such as intensity levels, endurance and sprint training, Skill development etc.

She wants to be able to teach and show the girls how much they can push themselves and give that little bit more than what they think they have to give.

Here sessions will be fun, engaging, have variety but will also help with skill development, team bonding, friendship building, intensity, fitness level improvement and decrease injuries.

She is looking at running these sessions before the juniors start training on Wednesday and Friday nights but also if there is enough interest she will be able to do it on the "off" training days.
--Tuesdays, Thursday and Saturdays.
If parents wish to have a session run while their daughters are training she is willing to do that as well.

For $10 a player or parent this would be a great opportunity to see results.
