Stretching and Injury Prevention

This document will give players some basic stretching techniques to prevent injuries. These stretches should be done prior to training and games. Care should be taken to read and perform as directed. Blackstars coaches will be this year ensuring that 5-10mins of stretching is conducted at all age groups.
