Preseason training update

We have had good numbers at our pre Xmas sessions with in excess of 70 different players on the track throughout December. Our new new under 18s up from our Junior Club have transitioned well and the senior recruits have been setting the pace and have been welcomed and well received by all. A big thanks to Patto Snr for all his time and help at training.

From all the coaches, Bob, Ando, Byrty, Yeti, and Rayza - Have a great Christmas and New Year and make sure you come back in good shape for our 1st session of the new year on Friday 1st February. We all know the standards of fitness and effort that our fitness coach Dave Byrt demands to survive his sessions - so be prepared, it is your responsibility!

Club training singlets will be available on night one. $25 each

Training recommences at McPherson Park on Friday 1st February at 6pm.

Then returns to Mondays and Wednesdays 6pm for the rest of March and April.

Boots and runners required at all sessions.
