From the Principal
A new coach always brings new ideas, new enthusiasm and the ability to look at a program from a different perspective.
I am delighted that Stewart Loewe has taken on the job as Haileybury First XVIII Football Coach.
It has been very impressive to look outside the window of my office and see the Haileybury Football team training in the early morning and after School in preparation for the APS season.
The 2010 group follows a proud tradition of Haileybury football and includes having won 8 premierships. More importantly Haileybury has a strong spirit of camaraderie and mateship and a determination to do their best when things are tough.
I look forward to seeing players wearing the magenta and black this year supporting each other and I know they will do the School proud.
It is also a source of pride that eight Old Haileyburians will be running around in the AFL this year.
The School would also like to thank The Corda Club, President, Alan Steen, and his community for the outstanding work that they do.
