FOOTBALL
Round Ten of Bloods Footy is a proverbial feast of footy. All senior games are at Keysborough with the U/19s travelling to St Bernards. The Keysborough matches will be a showcase of magenta and black football with the school First XVIII taking on the undefeated St Kevins side. This game will commence at 11.30 on the Rendall or Main Oval. This will be immediately followed by the Seniors.
The Ressies will kick off at 11.40am on the Fisher Oval followed by the Thirds at 2pm. The Thirds will be Brett Carson's 250th game for the club. His initial foray down this milestone was washed out while domestic duties curtailed the second attempt. That doesn't happen at milestone 50 but it can happen at 250. Well done Fluff!!
The U/19s make the journey out to St Bernards. Ando has been uncovering new players every weekend and is putting together a good squad. Another win isn't too far away.
The Seniors will be looking to continue their good form from the final quarter last week. They ran out pretty comfortable winners against a dogged opposition. Importantly the boys showed a lot of determination when it mattered and that should hold them in good stead against St Kevins. This is a big game as they sit immediately above us on the ladder so it would be great to bridge the gap.
Good Luck to all sides on Saturday.
