The RMS Curra Swans Football Club is excited to announce the re appointment of Adam McDonald as Senior Coach
Adam took on the Senior Coaches role in 2013 after returning to the Swans from a season playing with the Belconnen Magpies in the NEAFL in 2012.
After an outstanding debut season as coach the Club has moved quickly to secure his services for another term.
Adams achievements as a player in recent years speaks volumes for the type of player he is. Two club Best & Fairest awards, the Darren Hoare Players Player Award and a League Best & Fairest among some of the trophies in his cabinet. These achievements were not reached on skill alone. Adam's dedication, work rate and enthusiasm play a huge part in his ability to rack up possessions and have a huge influence not only on a game but also on those around him.
The RMS Curra Swans believe Adam is an outstanding coach who has brought the same player qualities into his coaching and it is important for the Club to show we value the work he is doing and that we thoroughly believe in the direction Adam is taking our playing list.
Adam introduced a high level of enthusiasm this year, which the entire playing group bought into. The Club is looking forward to the continuation of that enthusiasm coupled with Adams plans to improve the standard of football played by the Swans.
The Club believes this announcement will give all players and members a clear picture on the direction the Club is taking and it is something that will boost to the excitement and anticipation around Muldoon Oval.
