After the excitement of the previous week a very flat Swans senior side marched on to Tony Ireland Stadium. The only thing that can be said about the first half is that the Swans were second to the ball.
Without the footy the Swans got smashed.
At half time coach Peter Pyle threatened an early morning training session and the boys responded by showing some G and D in the second half.
With all the modern tactics there is still one consistent- if you donât have the ball then you sure as hell better be making it hard for your opposition, which the Swans didnât do and that reflected on the scoreboard.
Better players on the day were Blair Hill, Jason Drew, Tarquin Neil and Ben Keep.
