Played Parkers on the long weekend and although the weather wasn’t kind to us a larger than normal crowd turned up for this match. And we played some good footy for 2 and ½ quarters before almost selling the farm in the last. Anyway we got the points as did the 2s against an undermanned side. The 19s with the help of some 17s had the game up for the taking but were blown away in the last.
Glen Robertson was the player you needed in the best player tickets

Around The Traps. Meesy and Shannon did a good job of getting the quaddie for the members last week but who will get paid out TEX or Tills. Mongrel says he wasn’t abusing the umpires he was just going crook at them. John Meese was going through the pots at the Stolberg not drinking but dropping them. How times are changing the boys had a Sunday sip at the club and afterwards no mess, no damage, no dramas and the till was full of cash.
