What a terrible wet Saturday greeted us last week to take on Heidelberg in the replay, a day you really don’t want to be playing at home for many reasons. Anyway the rain stayed away for most of the seniors and we saw a very exciting game that threatened to go either way with the Roosters maintaining their resolve and scoring a good victory and getting the ledger back in the black. The 2s had another win after a tight struggle early. The Best Player Ticket went to the Bishop in round 5. This week we travel up to Whittlesea for the first time in a while and will have to be on our game to come away with the points in all grades. Neat week were of to Greensborough who are flying at the moment and will be very hard to beat on their ground
Around The Traps The windows now stand at 2 zip and the scaffolding at 1-2 much to the delight of Independent Scaffolds. If you’re trying to sneak away after the game don’t walk past everyone’s view. Robbo is organising a Ping Pong tournament after the North Heidelberg game June 4th. I’m not sure what that entails but should be worth a look. Rumour has it he has faked the hammy to prepare for this event. Someone asked who writes this stuff, I ask who’s reading it,
