Got the chocolates 2 weeks ago against the doggies but still allowed them to score their highest score for the year. The 2s had a big win over an undermanned side and the 19s boxed away against Eltham again. The Best Players Ticket went to Ganno narrowly from the goalkicking duo of Robbo & Dobby.
This week its Mont over there and we will be looking to come away with 3 wins. Then we’re away again to Parkers before returning home to take on Eltham July 2nd.
June 25th is the date of our major fundraiser the $10,000 Draw so make sure you get your tickets. All senior players have them so get around them and buy one.
Around The Traps Robbo put on a good Pong Night not sure who won but most people had a good night. The Pece Files continue with the young man putting on a Rollo Roylance performance on the mike unlike the earlier spruiker in the day. Niall reckons Saturday is the Best Day Of The Week. Beef put in an ordinary performance turning up on crutches with the age old ailment Gedout. Attending the bar cannot be done by ignoring it. Bob got home a bit late and blamed Phil but he already was blaming Gary who thought he had got it right with Larry. Anyway its always a tangled web. Chimp told me at 8pm that hes always in bed by 730pm.

Lakeside Netball. Took on Macleod last week and went down 48-20. They took on Lalor last night and play North Heidelberg next Friday June 24thth. They are looking at fielding a 2nd team next year for any ladies interested. They also cater for juniors at all levels.
Coterie Group is up and running again and at various levels so see Milesy, Polly or Mario for further details. The new look mens toilet should have well and truly taken shape and the odours gone and door reversed sorry girls. Hopefully when we return home in 2 weeks the soil will be turned out the back. So far the group has raised the best part of 50 grand which will all go towards building improvements and with the support of Darebin council we will see vastly improved facilities for both home and visiting clubs.
