We got the points in the seniors and reserves and the 19s had their chance but couldn’t get there in the end. Ganno was the best player in the tickets but there was some involvement from our Indian Bookie. Anthony found some form with half a dozen. Someone tried to upset the nicest bloke in the league and it wasn’t Frosty but his name is Simon. This week its Northcote Park at the beautiful Bill Lawry oval in what should be a classic encounter for the McNeice/Mellerick Cup. Next week were back at home to seek revenge against Eltham who lowered our colours earlier in the year.

Around The Traps Travelled to my favourite holiday spot last Saturday, Oh well the lord said he who is without sin should cast the first stone. Tape bills are always a concern but Ducky getting strapped to take the warm up is pushing the friendship. Sledge continues to keep the punters happy, keep em coming. Garrett upped the ante on his football collection the latest being a brand new MC Sherrin who had a famous owner. A few lads went to Sydney on the long weekend and with no planes flying they hired a car to drive back at considerable expense. Sadly their flight actually departed that morning with 6 empty seats. Stinga added to this losing his footy, iphone & footy jumper. Tommy was rewarded with a senior game whilst tspoon had some tales to tell some involving a new Boags flavour he got from the back door. Sorry Pece nothing on you this week but lets hope you made it home safely. Justin showed complete ignorance of the game of Aussie Rules reading the team out rugby style and no idea on draft picks. The Sunday staff wound back the clock as they re introduced the 6 oclock swill but that’s how they roll as long as it suits them.
Boags Ambassador Of The Month Who’s the short little fat fella running around with a big smile and a nice cheque all for drinking the pure waters of Boags Draught. You too can be a winner keep the receipts coming in it all goes to supporting the club. Thanks to Boags with a bit of luck they might make the members happy and send him to Tassie for a weekend.
