Good to bounce back both in the seniors and reserves with good wins Simon Close got the money in the Best Player tickets with 6 goals just pipping Daniel Bisetto who is having a good year across half back. Mitch Tobin made his senior debut making no 5 from last years 17s to play senior football. We tried a new way to keep Garrett away from stealing footballs by playing him in the 2s but that didn’t stop him having the footy all day Jedd was on fire with 3 goals and Stoikos stepped up from the 19s to kick the winning goal. The 19s played 2 good quarters again but failed to hold the opposition back for the 1st and last.
This week we’ve got the Tigers at Home so hopefully the crowds roll into the Lake Oval to see a great game of local football. Then were back at home again next week to take on Lower Plenty
Around The Traps.
The day didn’t start well for one parking officer tackling with Bona who claimed the disabled car park by attaching a moon boot unfortunately the officer can’t see your disabled when you’re in watching the footy. Jake was driving very erractically to the game that his poppy seeds fell of his roll. Who’s running the club Kevin or Frank. Cooly reckons we had the best 2 blokes in the comp and they must have some pull as we saw some new rules introduced. William is currently putting together an extreme makeover to disguise him from the previously mentioned members
