Club Membership - Due March & September
Instructions for paying membership and registrations
South Geelong Kings Basketball Club membership fees are due to be paid when a player also registers for their GUB (Geelong United Basketball) season registration every March and September or when you first join our club.
Our club fee is $35.00 (includes online surcharge) and will cover your membership with our club for one season if you register during the March-April registration period and one season if you register during the September-October starting period.
All memberships are done online using the club membership link on our main website seasonally where the process is now much simpler using the new PlayHQ system.
If your BV fee is still current the new PlayHQ system should recognise it.
It is a requirement to be a paid-up member of our club if you wish to play with one of our junior or senior teams as per our model rules and by-laws agreement.

By joining our club and making the required membership payment you are deemed to agree to our club's terms and conditions as listed in the club By-Laws. Please take the time to read our By-Laws if you have not already done so.

Step by step
1. Register & pay your Club & Association fee online.
(If you play in the domestic and school league you must register for both & contact the club for a discount certificate for the second registration fee to be removed - do this before you register for the second competition)
2. If you need a uniform singlet, please order and pay for them online using the correct portal.
3. All Kings coaches/managers register their WWC details using the same membership process, but you select as a coach/manager and you will be registered without a fee attached to the process.
(If you coach or manage in the domestic and school league you must register for both but this is free for coaches/managers - no discount certificate necessary)
