INAUGURAL INDUCTION TO CORPUS CHRISTI HONOUR ROLE:

 

PAUL GOEGAN –

 

Paul joined the committee in 2007 a year after his wife Ange. Paul created the role of Parent Liaison Officer which was the first contact point for any issues relating to Players/Parents & Coaches. The success of this role soon saw it adopted by the Werribee Devils Representative Championship Committee.  

He was Treasurer between 2010-2014 and introduced online payments for the first time. Paul was also responsible for creating and maintaining the Corpus Website and the IPhone/Android "Team App".

Paul with his wife Ange helped organise a number of Corpus Dinner Dances, Trivia fundraising nights, AGMs and presentations.

Paul currently remains on the Committee as a general member.

 

 

 

ANGE GOEGAN –

 

Ange joined the committee in 2004 as a uniform co-ordinator and quickly became a "Jack of all Trades" Ange created the designs and sourced a supplier for our original Polos, Jackets, track suits, Grey Corpus Hoodys, and T- Shirts. She was largely responsible for organising our Corpus Dinner Dances and trivia nights which were hugely successful.

 

Ange was team manager for their daughter Chloe’s team.

 

Ange has also successfully organised our Presentation Night catering and activities, including this one tonight. She also designed and sourced suppliers for a number of Corpus merchandise items such as, Hand towels, drink bottles, coffee mugs, player bags with logos, and bottles of wine. Ange had to stand down from the Committee in 2010 and is a highly regarded member of the Corpus family and continues to help us to this day.

 

PAUL BERTINO

        Was elected on to the General Committee back in 2006.
        Started coaching Timothy in the same year
        2010 became coaching coordinator as well as general committee and stopped coaching.
        2011 was also Junior delegate.
        2012 started coaching Young women's team
        2013 to over from Sam as President
        Stepped down from that role at the end of 2014 and stayed on as General committee and Junior delegate, at the same time young women's teams disbanded.

Interests
        Watching and following AFL, Basketball and V8 Motor racing

SAM MORDA

 

Was elected on the committee in 2007.

In 2008 was elected as president a position i held until 2012.

I was a general committee member from 2013 till 2014.

I started coaching in 2006 and am currently still coaching. Have coached both boys and girls of all age groups. 

 

My interests include afl football basketball and i have also been known as a sports nut. 

 

 

 

CARMEN CAMILLERI

 

Came to Corpus Christi in 1995 as a parent Matthew played in U/8's the
club only had 8 teams.

Then returned to the club in 2003 as parent Nicholas played in U8's
wombats.
2004 elected as general committee member.

2005 elected as treasurer for 4 years.
2009 elected as secretary

As well as being team manager for both of Nicholas and Thomas's teams
until they left.

Became coach I think 2012 under 8 twisters coach twisters, Incredibles
and shooting stars.

Also organised numerous Bunnings bbq's.

Interests.

Painting, Photography and painting the Australian landscape in broken
hill.
