2010 REGISTRATION

       A Public Registration will held Sunday February 7^th       10am to 2pm at the Wesburn Clubrooms

All members will be notified by mail of this date, if you know of a 2009 player who may not receive this letter as they have changed address or a new player that wishes to join our club please contact the club to advise us of any new details.

To ensure the smooth running of our club there are 4 forms which need to be completed fully by each new player.

*WJFC Rego Form, *DRJFL Rego Form, *Privacy Permission Form & *Medical Form.

Exsisting players are only required to complete *WJFC Rego Form & *Medical Form.

Fees for 2010 are $80 for first player $10 for subsequent family member/player.

Please remember to bring a copy of players Birth Certificate if you are a new player.

Ages are as of 1st January 2010.
