Presentation Night Award Winners

Newbridge Football / Netball Club's night of nights was held at the Foundry Hotel's Platinum Room with a large audience in attendance.  Ronny "Demetriou" Trimble was the winner in the fashion stakes, his 'penguin suit' and bow tie was quite impressive.

Highlights of the night included:

• the nailbiting finish to the A grade netball count, concluding in a tie
• Matt Collison finishing runner up in the reserves even though he only played about 5 games
• Terry O'Shea eating an entire tray of hot food by himself
• Turtle following up 2 votes in the League Vote Count with ZERO for the club
• Dean Gordon receiving life membership and his subsequent speech
• and the committee's Calcutta group cruising to a comfortable 50 vote win
